How to fill out your game sheet.
Coaches part is in black ink:
1a) Team name in full
1b) date and time
1c) field name and number
1d) home team name in full
1e) visitor team name in full
2a) coaches full name and number
2b) assistant coach or bench parent full name
2c) coaches signature
3) ref liason name in full.
4a) complete roster of players full names as shown on RAMP and jersey numbers
4b) absent players crossed out from game sheet
5) trialist full names and jersey numbers.
Refs part is in green ink:
1) Ref Notes: Should include score tallies and card issuing.
2) Referee Notes: Add in any notable occurrences.
3) Score: Final score must be entered in the correct area.

4) Referees Name/Signatures: Must be labelled AR or CR and have a printed name and signature
